Tom Northcott Non-Executive Chairman
Tom is an experienced resources executive with a legal and project delivery background. Tom's experience within the mining sector includes multiple Executive and Board roles, M&A. capital raising and the practica delivery of mining project approvals. He is currently the Managing Director of Vecco Group, Non-executive Director of AMBC, nd Advisory Board member for a large family office.
Art Malone Managing Director
Art is an Energy and Resource Executive with a background in engineering and management. With over 15 years in the resource sector managing large scale projects for both private and ASX listed companies, currently the Graphinex Managing Director and CopperX Director.
John Quinlan Non Executive Director
John has over 18 years of experience spanning family office, principal investments, investment management, corporate development and M&A. He has held senior executive leadership roles managing single-family offices both in Australia and globally. John is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Allston Capital, a private investment office managing institutionally sized multi-asset portfolios for families and single-family offices. He also serves as Chairman of HealthX and Non-Executive Director of Regional Accommodation Group.
Marc Palmer Chief Commercial Officer of Idemitsu, Non-Executive Director of Graphinex
Marc is an Energy Executive and Chartered Accountant with over 29 years experience including 17 years in Mining and Energy. Marc is the Chief Commercial Officer for the Idemitsu Australia Group where he has responsibility for Business Development (Critical Minerals and Renewables), Strategy, Finance, Legal and HR/IR. Marc has broad industry experience across Mining, Power Generation, Telecommunications and consulting
Tom Bell Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary
Tom is a finance executive with over 16 years of international experience across the funds management, banking and mining sectors specialising in transaction advisory, capital allocation decision making and financial reporting. Tom is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Accounting) and a Bachelor of Business (Real estate)
Mark Lollback Chief Technical Officer
Mark is a metallurgist (CP) with 25 years of global mineral processing experience. He has worked in projects across various commodities, most notably base and precious metals. Prior to joining Graphinex, Mark was Senior Study Manager at Sedgman, managing the DFS and PFS for the Mt Lyell Copper Gold Processing Plant Restart for New Century Resources in Tasmania. Before this, Mark was Principal Metallurgist for MMG, working at the Las Bambas Copper Mine in Peru, the Sepon Copper Mine in Laos and the Rosebery polymetallic mine in Tasmania. He has also worked for BHP and South 32. Mark holds a Bachelor in Metallurgical Engineering and an MBA in International Finance.
Blair Richardson Chief Operating Officer
Blair Richardson is a passionate mining professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry, specialising in green field projects and new approvals. Blair has worked for Rio Tinto at several of their Australian and Indonesian coal and gold operations. He spent 12 years as Development Manager at New Hope Coal assisting with the approvals process and early development works for Acland stage 1, Jeebropilly expansions and he also pegged the New Saraji and New Lenton projects. Blair has worked with Aquila resources and was the director of Coal for Cliffs Natural Resources Sonoma Project JV. He was also the GM of development with Cuesta Coal Moorlands, transitioning the project from an MDL into the Mining Lease application phase. More recently Blair was GM of the Olive Downs Mine, taking the project from MDL status through to the granting of the mining lease.
Austin Lamb Vice President - US Anode Operations
Austin is a battery anode downstream processing expert and nuclear-trained submarine veteran. For the past 5 years, Austin was Syrah Resources Superintendent of their Vidalia anode refinery. Austin headed up construction, commissioning and product qualification of Syrah AAM products. He currently Holds a BS in Nuclear Energy Engineering, a Master’s in Business Administration and Juris Doctorate of Law.
